I have VERY thick hair. How do I know this? Well, besides feeling it myself, every single hair dresser that has ever touched my hair has told me that. I’m not complaining, in fact, I’m glad, and all I have to do is have it thinned out once in a while. The tricky part of my hair is the fact that its not super curly or anything resembling straight.
Having lived with it for the last 29 years, I’ve learned tricks to hold it in place, especially during the heat of the summer. I’m not talking about the messy bun, although my prayers were answered when that trend took off last year.
Here are my top 4 tools. Some require more time than others.
everyone says it, but the moroccan oil is pretty amazing…i think it’s true too. my hair is super smooth and shiny after one or two pumps of this stuff.
Yeah, you don’t need a lot.
Moroccan Oil has done wonders for my hair. I struggled with frizz and fly-aways that I’d try to tame with hairspray (horrible for my hair) and reluctantly tried Moroccan Oil, because nothing else has worked for my hair. It worked beautifully and I’ve been an addict ever since.
They also have hair treatment and other products… I haven’t tried them yet.
It’s probably the best thing I’ve used for my hair.
