I don’t know about you, but I love being able to chat with store owners directly and let know them know what I think of the service I received while in their store. Having worked in retail, I know how important customer feedback is to growing a business. I, also, know how important it is to increase customer loyalty. In today’s world of social media, everything is automated, so why not giving feedback? ENTER STRUM!
What is Strum?
Strum is a combination of Foursquare and Ebay, but better because the more feedback to you leave the more points you earn to win prizes. Its an app available on iOS and Android.
How does it work?
Let me explain that a bit better. Say you’re going out on the town this week, and you left feedback everywhere you went. Each store has a different amount of points associated with it. The points range for 1 to 10 per location and you don’t what you’re going to get until leave feedback. The best part is the feedback can be public or private. Private allowing the venue or business to correct any wrong doings quickly.
What do I get from it?
To encourage people to leave valuable feedback the businesses can use and help correct mistake and earn customer loyalty, Strum has an awesome auction built into it.
Yup, you read that right! An AUCTION- where you bid of kick-ass prizes for leaving awesome feedback that took you less than 30 seconds to leave.
The prizes are the best part. Last week they have converse shoes, and tickets to NKOTB. They have some amazing one lined up this week. [box type=”shadow” align=”aligncenter” ]Best of all, we’ve partnered up with them to give you the chance to win $50 gift certificate to David’s Tea. One of our favorite places on the planet. [/box]
Here’s how to enter:
- Go to Strumapp.com and download the app.
- Sign in and start using it. We’ve hooked it up to Twitter so our friends can see the feedback that we leave but you can just as easily leave private feedback.
- Start leaving feedback. Each comment will earn you point(s) that you can use towards your bid.
- Bid on anything that you like in the auction.
And my bid has been placed 🙂 Strum…
Amazing!
