At Chic Darling, we love online shopping. It’s our kryptonite. So, when Amazon.ca told us about their recently launched online stores, Beauty and Health & Personal Care, we were all over it. Before we go into telling you about some of the goodies we snagged, here’s a little more about the two new stores!
Instead of heading to a few different stores to pick up your must-have products, Canadians can now shop for over 80,000 beauty, health and personal care products from the comfort of home, with Free Super Saver Shipping and Prime Two-Day Shipping available on hundreds of top brands. Not too shabby!!
Ok…now for the fun part…checking out the site. With such an extensive variety, we browsed, read product reviews, created an extensive wish list and then narrowed it down to four items we’ve had our eyes on. While all the stores are fabulous, we focused on the beauty store for the most part and all the fun things Amazon.ca has to offer.

- Testing mascara is something our team loves to do, so when we saw the Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lash Extending Treatment Mascara that is said to help lengthen, define and revitalize lashes, without smudging, clump or flaking we knew we had to test it. Check back soon for a review of the product!
- You can never have enough hair products that curl, straighten or provide that soft curl. There is a hair style for every occasion and a product to help with every look! We were so excited to find the Remington T-studio Salon Collection Pearl Digital Ceramic Curling Wand in the beauty store…something that was missing from our collection. This product does it all and will fit in just right with all our hair styling products.
- We’ve always wanted to try the Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream because it hydrates and regenerates the skin…and at a fraction of the cost too!
Chic Darling purchase from the Amazon.ca Health & Personal Care Store:
- Who doesn’t want a quick five, 10 or 15 minute facial from the comfort of their own home? Well, we certainly do, which is why we loved the Homedics Facial Refresher Facial Sauna and Inhaler. With adjustable steam control and rejuvenating warm mist, this facial sauna cleanses and improves skin texture and tone for a healthy glow. And who doesn’t love a healthy glow?
This was such a fantastic experience and we loved browsing the stores, different categories and reading what others had to say about the products.
