Have you met Cheryl? Well you should. We’ve heard some fantastic things from our friends and wanted to reach out. She’s super sweet, and a thing for oatmeal cookies like us. In short, we want to be friends.
Tell us a little about yourself.
I’m the Toronto Account Manager for 1milk2sugars PR. I work on top beauty, lifestyle & food brands, playing in both the traditional and digital media landscape! I absolutely love what I do and the brands that I work with. The best part of my job is meeting new people; I am so lucky to be able to connect with driven, ambitious and beautiful souls daily! When I’m not working, I’m probably eating great food, drinking delicious wine or at the gym working it off! 🙂
I am wearing:
Yesterday, today and most likely tomorrow I will be wearing one of my many pairs of lululemons. Being in PR, I am often juggling many things, so the one thing I cannot compromise is comfort. I am also wearing my Rain Heel Boot’s by Sorel; a pink lace FCUK sweater; gold watch by Michael Kors, a few eclectic rings and my favourite MAC lipstick (Rebel).
The most versatile item in my closet:
My black Smythe blazer – it’s perfect for all occasions.
Beauty must-haves…
1. My beauty regiment is simple and takes one minute, twice daily! I could never go without my Clarisonic Mia 2.
2. I’ve never been great at styling my hair, so when I came across the Rowenta Beauty Curl Active, I was sold forever. This curling iron is revolutionary and actually automatically wraps your hair around the barrel, making great hair effortless.
3. Lastly, and most importantly, a genuine smile!
One thing every girl should have:
Someone who drives and inspires them!
What are you listening to right now:
Mariah, Beyonce and Alicia Keys! Every once in a while, I take time out for a mini dance party- dancing makes life better!
The one thing I can’t leave the house without:
BLISTEX. I will never EVER go anywhere without it!
Favorite place to eat in the city:
OK, I am a serious foodie so this is extremely hard for me. There are so many fantastic places to eat in this city, but I would have to say, depending on what I am looking for, that my top restaurant picks in Toronto are: Nota Bene, Playa Cabana and Frank’s Kitchen.
Ideal Friday night plans:
A great meal (either home cooked or out), a bottle (or two) of something red and my pretty amazing boyfriend!
All time favorite book/movie:
Chicago! In my next life, I want to be a showgirl!!!
