Being on the road as much as I am every week gives me the unexpected pleasure of being able to wander around different stores. Some times I find things that aren’t available back home. This week I found really great things that I can’t wait to share with you.
You may have seen me raving about the deodorant cream from Soapwalla on Twitter. I love love love that product especially since I have really sensitive skin. This product is all natural, smells great, and works wonders (even after being at the gym and playing soccer). My sisters are already sold on the product and for $12 its worth trying.
Tinted Moisturizer from Jouer As mentioned above, I have sensitive skin, not only that, but my laziness makes putting on makeup daily a chore, so anything that gives me a healthy glow, and gives me piece of mind that my skin won’t break out. It comes in multiple shades, is super lightweight, and is SPF 20.
Kettlebell I know I’m not the only person who starting working out lately, so this shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone, but Kettlebells are the greatest thing invented. Having played soccer all my life, working out wasn’t an issue, but traveling has cut my workout time in half. Working out with the kettlebell leaves me feeling sore (which is how I make sure I pushed my self enough).
NARS Dargon Girl You have seen my rave about Ruby Woo from Mac Cosmetics 2 weeks ago, well this week I had the chance to try Dargon Girl since I had forgotten my entire makeup case at home. The beauty of this is that you can layer it on to create a really dramatic red or use it lightly for a more subtle look.
The Power of Habit There was a time where I went through a chick-lit phase. I read more books that you can imagine, but got nothing out of it. Thank fully these days, I’ve gotten into the habit of wanting to learn something from anything that I read. The Power of Habit is a great read explaining why/how habits are formed and how to break them. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to break a habit, or learn how to master a new skill.
Karen Kane Cheetah Print Dress. Karen Kane was kind enough to send over a dress last fall and has quickly become my go-to dress. I wear it by itself, or throw on a blazer, rock it with boots. The best a part of this dress is that it packs really light, and I don’t need an iron.
